Jorge Senán Salinas

Dr. Jorge Senán-Salinas has a BSc degree in Environmental Sciences (University of Barcelona), an MSc degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Management (Universidad de Alcalá), and a PhD from the University of Alcalá with a thesis about the application of the Life Cycle Assessment in the transition to the Circular Economy of membrane technology. During his career as a researcher, he has focused on the prospective sustainability analysis (techno-economic, environmental and social) for the evaluation of emerging technologies in the context of transition to the Circular Economy. Currently, at the BETA Technology Centre, he is working on the sustainability analysis of different Carbon Capture for Utilization (CCU) technologies.
