Esther Vega Martínez

Dr. Esther Vega is an Environmental Scientist, PhD in Experimental Science and Sustainability. Her main expertise is in the field of adsorption and advanced oxidation processes. Her research topic focused on the minimisation and abatement of odorous organic compounds in sewage sludge processing and waste water treatments. At the BETA Technological Center, she is currently a researcher on waste management and valorisation. She is mainly working on membrane technologies (micro/nano/ultrafiltration and electrodialysis) and freeze concentration processes for treating and valorising livestock waste.
