Dr. Aleix Valls is a Biologist, with a MSc in Ecology and Biodiversity Management and a PhD in Entomology. His research topics focused on the effects of climate change on insect trophic interactions, on the effects of agricultural practices on insect community strucutres, and on orchard pollination services. At the BETA Technological Center, he is currently a project manager within the Med4Waste project. This ENI CBC MED project aims to facilitate new governance models for public urban waste management policies in the Mediterranean region.
