Silvia Fernández holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Systems Analysis from Wageningen University in Netherlands, and her main interest lies in understanding the challenges of food systems from different perspectives. She has experience in Life Cycle Assessment, research on international value chains, implementation of community-based projects aimed at food waste prevention, and design of training programs.
