Sarah Nousseir

Project Manager

Sarah Nousseir has a degree in Politics and International Relations and a master’s degree in Transnational Governance, specializing in Sustainable Development, Migration and Gender. Before joining, he worked as program manager in the sustainable development department of the European Mediterranean Institute (IEMed) in Barcelona. In addition, he also has work experience at the European Climate Foundation and the European Parliament in Brussels. At the BETA Technology Center, he is responsible for the QuiPack project, whose aim is to improve food safety and reduce food waste, using quinoa and marine waste, as well as artificial intelligence.
