Dr. Ricard Carreras is a veterinarian and PhD in Animal Production. He has experience in RDI in the agri-food industry, as head of the Department, coordinating and executing projects in very different fields such as animal production, product quality or sustainability. He is currently the Coordinator of the Table for the sustainable management of livestock in Osona. This sectoral table composed of more than 20 entities, both private and public, as well as social entities, aims to encourage and promote actions to improve the sustainability of the livestock sector in Osona, with special focus on finding solutions to the surplus of existing livestock manure in the territory.
