Paula Pérez studied Biotechnology at the University of Vic (UVic) and conducted research in the field of global health at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal). She studied a master’s degree in scientific, medical and environmental communication at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), and has specialised in this field since 2016. She started in the hospital field as a medical communicator, and currently works in environmental and scientific communication in general. She is interested in everything related to human health and how environmental changes affect it, considering that environmental health is key to ensure global health.
