Paula Costa Domech holds a degree in Biology from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Aquaculture and Marine Resource Management from Wageningen University & Research (Netherlands). Her professional career began at the University of Galway (Ireland), where she focused on managing European and applied research projects aimed at improving the sustainability of the maritime sector.

Currently, at BETA, she contributes to the development and management of European projects in the field of sustainability, promoting innovative solutions and collaboration among various stakeholders to advance a more sustainable transition.
