Paula Carrera is a chemical engineer with a PhD in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from the University of Santiago de Compostela. She also has four years of experience as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Ghent (Belgium). She has experience in the biological treatment of urban and industrial wastewater and resource recovery, combining experimental work with mathematical modeling. She works as a postdoctoral researcher in environmental technologies at CT BETA.
