Nerea Toro is a recent graduate in biotechnology from UVic-UCC and is currently completing her final degree project. She has completed an internship at the BETA Technological Centre, collaborating in the development of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) models and food loss quantification. She has also participated in the health innovation programme, i-Days, co-founded by the European Union and organised by EIT Health.
