Dr. Marta Manrubia works as Project Manager in BETA TC. Her academic background is in Biology and she holds a PhD in Soil Ecology from Wageningen University. Marta has participated in different research projects in the field of Soil Ecology in the Netherlands and United Kingdom.

Since she joined BETA TC in 2020, Marta has managed several EU-funded projects from a range of programmes (H2020, ENI CBD MED and Interreg MED). At national level, Marta also has experience with Beatriu de Pinós and TECNIOSPRING funding schemes. One of her main tasks consists in the preparation of Financial Reports and to oversee project development and expenditure. Furthermore, Marta also supports researchers with the preparation of (coordinated) project proposals.
