Project Manager

Dra. Marina Colomer works as a Project Manager in BETA TC for national projects. Her academic background is in nutrition and food science and technology, and she has a PhD in Experimental Sciences and Technology from the University of Vic. Marina has participated in several research projects in the field of agri-food with different meat companies to optimize industrial processes, to reduce environmental effects and to improve nutritional impact on human and animal health.
