Dr. Liudmyla Arkhypova, it’s an specialist in environmental safety. Her doctoral work concerned fundamental researches of natural and technogenic safety of surface hydroecosystems of the Carpathian region. She is expert in environmental impact assessment of ski tourist and recreational complexes, small hydropower plants in mountainous areas or other recreational activities. Her research interests include the development of methodologies for sustainable tourism; the development of measures (technical, practical, economic, environmental, etc.) to solve environmental problems of tourist complexes, and the valorization of cultural and historical heritage.
