Laura Roquer Beni

Junior Researcher

Dr. Laura Roquer has a degree in Environmental Science, a Master in Biodiversity and a PhD in Ecology. She is currently working as a Superior Technician at the BETA TC. Her research has been particularly focused on the effects of agricultural intensification on biodiversity and its effects on ecosystem functioning and service provision. Particularly, she has worked with orchard pollination, but she has also experience in pest control and optimization of agricultural management practices at local and landscape scale. She has recently participated as a researcher BiodivERsA ECOFRUIT project (Managing ecosystem services for fruit production in different European climates)
