Jordi Llimós is a biotechnologist, holds a master’s degree in Biological and Environmental Engineering and a PhD in Environmental Science and Technology. His doctoral thesis focused on the production of enzymes using Solid State Fermentation (SSF), a technology for the valorisation of agro-industrial waste. He also has experience in the use of biological technologies to obtain high added value products, in wastewater treatment and in the preparation and execution of national and international research projects.
