Anna Sagrera Cots is a food engineer with a master’s degree in oenological research and a postgraduate degree in local agro-ecological dynamisation. She has experience in agri-food economics, rural development, aid management, sustainability and the food industry in the world of research, consultancy, administration and teaching. She is currently the technical coordinator of the FOLOU project at the BETA Technology Centre, which aims to establish mechanisms for measuring, monitoring and evaluating the magnitude and impact of food loss in the primary production phase.
