Dr. Romina Canel is a Food Engineer and holds a PhD in Science and Technology from the National University of Quilmes (Argentina). Her main experience is in the area of Food Mycology, being one of the topics addressed the characterization of fungi that develop on the surface of fermented dry sausages. She has also been a teacher, mainly in the area of mathematics, at the National University of Quilmes (Argentina). She is currently working as a Laboratory Technician at the BETA Tech. Center carrying out the analytical part of several projects.
