Laura Díaz Guerra is an Environmental Scientist, PhD in Experimental Science and Sustainability specialized in plant ecophysiology. Her research interest focused on understanding plant and soil responses to changes in environmental factors (UV radiation, drought, perturbations, etc.). At the BETA Technological Center, she is currently a researcher on soil and nutrient management, mainly working on adequate management of soils and fertilizing products in crops with the objective of improving the sustainability of agricultural practices. She is also interested in the possible effects of climate change on the functioning and the persistence of soils and crops.
