Anna Cornudella holds degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (UPF) and Law (UOC). She began her career at the Espigoladors Foundation, where she developed projects focused on preventing food loss and waste and building sustainable local food systems. Subsequently, she worked in corporate sustainability consulting, leading ESG projects and regulatory compliance analyses for companies in diverse sectors. Anna joins the team to support various projects, such as the Bioeconomy R&D&I Network and contracts with companies related to the legal aspects of digestate.
