Dr. Gemma Casas is BSc in environmental sciences, MSc in Environmental Engineering and PhD in Environmental Analytical Chemistry. She has experience in the field of transport, fate, and biogeochemistry of persistent organic pollutants and in oceanographic and polar sampling campaigns. She has extensive knowledge of environmental analytical techniques, specifically in chromatography techniques coupled to mass spectrometry and in preparation and field sampling techniques. At CT BETA, she is working in the instrumental analysis laboratory.
